When a user leaves your company, you may need to delete their Rainbow account. Once the account has been deleted, the user will no longer be able to access the services. Somes datas linked to the account (messages, files, channels, etc.) will remain available in Rainbow, allowing users to retain, for example, past conversations with a deleted account.
Tip: Before deleting an account, make sure it is not the sole owner of a bubble or channel, as this could freeze these spaces. We recommend that you appoint new managers for these spaces before deleting them.

You can remove a user account directly from your company's member area.
Data retention
When an account is removed, all data remains accessible to other users for 40 days, so as not to disrupt their conversation history. Subsequently, some information, such as avatar or name, will be unavailable.
Recover a deleted account
You can recover an account deleted by mistake for 10 days. After this period, the deletion is irreversible.
