As part of our commitment to clarity and transparency, this article outlines the current software policy for our solution. It provides details on the minimum supported versions across all platforms (desktop, mobile, web) as well as the technical requirements needed for proper operation.
The objective is to give all users a clear understanding of the conditions required to ensure an optimal experience that meets our quality standards.

Warning: Any changes concerning minimum supported versions, compatible operating systems, or software prerequisites will be communicated in this article at least 30 days before the changes are implemented. Make sure you subscribe so you don't miss out on anything.
- (a) Environment dedicated to compliance with French regulations and the handling of health data.
- (b) Environment hosted in a private cloud (with or without public Internet connectivity), operating entirely independently with no interaction with the public Rainbow environment.
Software Policies
In order to minimize the burden on our customers' IT departments, we make every effort to extend the compatibility period of our versions. However, in order to guarantee a high level of security and enable the continuous evolution of our solution, it is necessary to define minimum version for each of our applications.
Tips: The web application update is fully automated and requires no intervention from administrators or users. It is deployed transparently to ensure continuous access to the latest features and fixes. Therefore, there is no minimum supported version.
Despite the existence of these minimum versions, we systematically recommend updating the application with each new release in order to benefit from the latest functional improvements, security fixes, and performance optimizations.

Note: We support the current version of the application as well as the two previous major versions, which limits maintenance operations to a maximum of twice per year. However, in the event of an issue - even on a supported version - we may request an update to ensure proper resolution of the incident.
