Create a personal contacts makes it easier for you to collaborate with people who don’t work at your company.
Create a Personal Contact
Create a new personal contact.
- Open your Contacts Space by clicking on the icon
in the left menu.

Open the contextual menu on the right side of the top bar.
- Select the "
Create a personal contact" menu.
A new window is opened to enter your contact's information. - Enter information about your contact as First name, Last name, Email Address, Phone numbers, Address, ...
Open more fields by clicking on sections : TAGS, ADDRESS, ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. - Click on the "Save" button to create your personal contact.

Invite, create" button.
- Select the "
- Enter information about your contact as First name, Last name, Email Address, Phone numbers, Address, ...
- Tap on the "
Continue" button to create your personal contact.

Manage your Personal Contact
- Open your Contacts Space by clicking on the icon

Open your personal contact, by selecting "My personal contacts" from the picklist in the top bar.
All your personal contacts are displayed in alphabetical order. - Open the "Contact Information" tab by selecting the contact.

Modify the contact information by clicking on the "Modify contact" icon
in the "Contact Information" tab.
- Modify information about your contact.
- Click on the "Save" button to validate modifications.

Delete a personal contact by clicking on the "Delete contact" button in the "Contact Information" tab or by clicking on the icon
of the contact to delete in the list of personal contacts.
