With our softphone interface, you already have the ability to make and receive calls. What's so great about the pop-out feature? It allows you to manage your calls while getting on with your work. Go to general settings and click on “open a separate window”. Your calls will open on the side of your screen. You can now continue editing a document or consulting information while simultaneously on call.


A better experience for Attendant Console:

Enhance your experience with a fully adaptable console view! Now, you can choose between three display formats: normal, small, and condensed, giving you full control over how much cards you see at once. Enhanced Video Sharing with Auto-Generated Thumbnails:

We've enhanced your video experience across all devices! Now, when you share a video, an automatic thumbnail is generated from a frame a quarter way through the video. This preview will appear in chat threads, pinned messages, and channels, making videos easier to identify and interact with. Available for all new video uploads.


Smarter polls with more flexibility:

Our polling feature in bubble conversations just got more flexible! You can now modify your vote during a poll if your opinion changes before it closes. Organizers can enable or disable this option as needed. Plus, organizers can now view poll results without voting, allowing them to stay neutral while keeping discussions fair and informed. 


Rainbow is now available on CarPlay:

You can now use Rainbow in your car’s favorite interface: CarPlay! Make and receive calls hands-free, send and check messages, and stay updated with real-time notifications, all from your dashboard. Quickly access recent conversations and favorites, while on the road.

Now, when you schedule a meeting in Outlook, your Rainbow Bubble is automatically created, and all participants are instantly invited, no manual setup required. Any updates to your invitation automatically sync with the Bubble, keeping everyone aligned. Plus, the Bubble link is added to the ‘Location’ field, ensuring easy access. This streamlined process saves time, eliminates extra steps, and makes collaboration effortless.

We’ve introduced two enhancements to make organizing webinars even more seamless. With calendar integration, you can sync your webinars directly to your personal or professional calendar, keeping event details up to date and avoiding scheduling conflicts. Additionally, the direct attendee addition feature lets you add participants instantly, eliminating the need for manual registration, perfect for internal meetings. Agents can now use a dedicated button on their desk phone to temporarily leave a call group. The process is just as simple in reverse, allowing them to rejoin the group at any time, independently and directly from their device. 

 


Smarter Call Supervision, Fewer Disruptions:

Supervisors using a Rainbow supervision group can now choose to receive supervised call notifications only on the Web application, preventing their mobile from ringing or vibrating. This ensures a more focused and distraction-free experience when working on Web or Desktop, allowing supervisors to manage calls efficiently without unnecessary interruptions. 

 


Seamless Control Over Your Deskphone Ringing:

OXE users can now manage their deskphone’s ringing directly from their mobile device. With the silent ringing feature, you can prevent your office deskphone from ringing on incoming calls—perfect for remote work situations where your ringing phone might disturb colleagues. This feature is available for NOE deskphones and can be accessed via the Web, Desktop, and Mobile applications, giving you greater flexibility and control over your communication. 

 


Caller directory details accessible for a better welcome:

Now, with incoming calls, the full contact card is instantly available to the user. Whether from the call log or during the call, you can easily access all the caller’s details from the relevant directory. Get the complete picture at your fingertips, enhancing your interactions with seamless access to important information.


Ensure a More Consistent Call Experience:

When you receive a call while already busy in Rainbow, the OXE system now plays a busy tone to the caller. This ensures clearer communication and a more coherent status, letting callers instantly know when you’re unavailable.

We've improved the search experience with new features designed to make it more intuitive and user-friendly. When the search area is empty, you'll now see your last 20 searches automatically displayed, making it easier to revisit previous queries. You also have the ability to manage your recent searches by removing individual items from the list, giving you more control over your search history. Additionally, there's a new option to clear all recent searches at once, with a confirmation prompt to prevent accidental deletions. These updates simplify search history management and enhance your overall experience.


Webinar Management Made Easy on Mobile:

The new Organizer Lite for Android brings greater flexibility to webinar management on the go. Organizers and speakers can now access their upcoming webinars, track participant counts, and view detailed event information—all from the mobile app. Sharing webinar links is easier than ever with a one-tap copy feature, making attendee invitations seamless. This update ensures you stay organized and in control, no matter where you are.

 


A Smoother Delegation Experience for Managers:

With the "Manager/Assistant" delegation activated, delegated calls will no longer ring on the manager’s mobile device. This ensures fewer distractions, allowing managers to focus on their work while assistants handle incoming calls seamlessly. There will be no notifications or indications of these calls on the manager’s mobile, providing a clearer and more efficient call-handling process. 

 


Enhanced Audio Quality Page for Administrators:

Managing large datasets is now faster and more efficient with the improved Audio Quality page. Graphs dynamically update based on selected filters, providing clearer insights. Plus, exports are no longer limited to 1,000 records, allowing administrators to access the complete dataset for more comprehensive analysis. 

 


Customizable Charts for Enhanced Call Analysis:

You can now integrate charts tailored to your needs, including call direction, call status, daily volume, top callers, and top-called contacts. These visual tools make data analysis clearer and more intuitive. Charts update dynamically whenever you adjust the time granularity or any filters (whether by day, month, or year) giving you extensive analytical possibilities to better understand call trends and performance.

 


New ‘Call Party’ Filter for Better Call Tracking:

Previously, you could analyze who made a call, who received it, and who answered. Now, with the new Call Party filter, you can also identify any intermediaries involved in the call flow. This means you can track calls mutiple services in a row like the Welcome service, automated attendant, or call groups, giving you deeper visibility into call routing and management.
