Escalate a Web Call into a Web Conference
During Web Call, you can escalate the conversation into a web conference.
- During the conversation, select the "
Add participants" icon to add one or more participants to the conversation. You can add a contact by searching by name, by dragging and dropping a contact from your favorite or recent conversations, or by adding an e-mail address.
- Select "Apply" button to call other participants of the web conference.
- You are in web conference with all participants.
- When you stop the conference, you can "Delegate and Leave the meeting", other participants continue the meeting, or "End meeting" to end this meeting for all participants.
- When ending the meeting, you have the option to 'Keep' active the bubble to resume the conversation with all participants later, for instance, in recurring meetings. Alternatively, you can 'Archive' the bubble to access it at any time, especially if important messages or documents were exchanged, or 'Delete' it.

Note: By default, avoid keeping the bubble as it unnecessarily consumes resources. Let's consider our planet. We therefore advise you to delete the bubble if there's no point in keeping it.
