Get Help or Report a Problem

Having trouble with Rainbow? Don't worry, you can ask your administrator and our support team for help in a few clicks.  

Report a Problem

A form is available and will allow you to send all the necessary information to solve your problem.

  1. Open "contact_support_FILL0_wght400_GRAD0_opsz24.svg Help and support" by clicking on your  avatar at the top of the sidebar.
  2. Then choose "report_FILL0_wght400_GRAD0_opsz24.svg Report a problem".
  3. A form will open in a pop-up window. The timestamp is pre-filled but you can change it if your request concerns a previous problem.
  4. Please tell us more details and information about what happened so that the administrator or us can fix the problem.
  5. If you have media illustrating your problem please attach it. You may attach up to 5 files. Screenshot images or screen recording videos will help us to share more details about the problem that happened to you.
  6. Please check the box accepting to send logs automatically. This will allow your administrator and our support team to identify the technical source of the problem.
  7. Click on the button "Send" to validate your report.
