Report a Problem
A form is available and will allow you to send all the necessary information to solve your problem.
- Open "
Help and support" by clicking on your avatar at the top of the sidebar.
- Then choose "
Report a problem".
- A form will open in a pop-up window. The timestamp is pre-filled but you can change it if your request concerns a previous problem.
- Please tell us more details and information about what happened so that the administrator or us can fix the problem.
- If you have media illustrating your problem please attach it. You may attach up to 5 files. Screenshot images or screen recording videos will help us to share more details about the problem that happened to you.
- Please check the box accepting to send logs automatically. This will allow your administrator and our support team to identify the technical source of the problem.
- Click on the button "Send" to validate your report.
