Do you want to archive or backup an important conversation? You can export the entire conversation in text format. Rainbow will send an email to the address you use for your login.
Export the Conversation by Email
You can archive your conversations with contacts and in bubbles in a few clicks.
- Select the conversation you want to export by email.
- Open the contextual menu "
Other actions" on the right side of the top bar.
- Select "
Send me the conversation by email". The conversation is exported in text format and send to you by email. A confirmation is displayed at the top of the window.
- Select the conversation you want to export by email.
- Tap "
More options" to open the menu.
- Select "

Note: The email address where your conversation content was sent is the one you used as a login to Rainbow.
Exported Conversation
The conversation in text format (excluding images and videos) is attached to the sent email (conversation.txt), including the following information for each bubble:
- The name of the person who wrote it.
- The date and time.
- The text of the bubble.
