Main fixes

• Call tones
  Phones configured for some countries, such as Germany, played the default US tones instead of the local dial, ring back and busy tones. This issue occurred when the country tone definition contained a silent period. Country-specific tones are now played correctly again.

• Call setup
  On some Myriad phones, especially M3s, it could take several seconds between answering a call and hearing the other party. Performance improvements now reduce this delay.
