New Feature

  • Hybrid Telephony - OXE only [Early Adopter] [All] [Android, iOS, Desktop, Web] It's possible to select OXE CLI to be presented using a Prefix number thus, an outgoing call can be forced to use a specific prefix instead of the default outgoing prefix. 
  • Admin [Early Adopter] - The table of CLI (Prefix, label) is handled by the administrator.

Main fixes

  • 4059EE
    When 4059EE reserved an OXE user configured as remote extension, this user received a missed call notification.
    This notification is no more sent to the user in such  a case.
  • Password
    It was no more possible to modify some user' s passwords.
    It was a side effect of new developments. It's fixed.
  • IP Phone
    ALE 30 IP phones whose some features didn't work were no displayed in the admin page.
    This kind of device was not proposed as such. It's fixed.
  • Outbound dialing
    regardless of the prefix configuration, users had always to press 9 to dial an external number.
    There was an interference with area codes beginning with 9 in the US country, this is fixed.
  • Synchronization
    The OXO directory did no longer synchronize with Rainbow in some cases.
    It was an issue in data format between OXO and Rainbow, leading to an error.
  • iOS
    Some calls could be displayed as 'unknown'.
    In some use cases, incoming calls generate only the caller's name without the device number. The backend component takes now into account such configuration to send the name even if there is no associated device number.
  • Display name
    The name of a virtual terminal transferring an incoming call to a group was not displayed in computer mode.
    Right information is kept to build the name of transferring party.
  • Display
    The user's internal associated number appeared after making a call to a user in contact.
    The user id was not used to establish the call in such a case.
  • [Early Adopter]  Mixed/fixed CCD
    There were no notifications of incoming calls on  the Rainbow PC and Web Client.
    One parameter was missing for the call presentation to these app.
  • Custo.manifest (OXE)
    A correlator with makecall used in an extension of the custo.manifest could disrupt the behavior of a backend component.
    The data transmitted were in bad format.
