The custom prompt configured by the admin on the group was not played in case of group overflow to a prompt after a welcome.

It happened that devices couldn't ring in a call group.
The devices had been blocked by different previous events, depending on the cases described. A protection has been added to prevent such a situation from recurring. - Call on hold
It was not always possible to retrieve a call on hold.
Some requests were not well processed for a while. - EM200 module
EM200 module kept connecting/disconnecting or were freezing on M8.
It has been fixed.
