The “Custom statuses” feature allows you to define a status that suits you, so you can better express your availability, priorities, or current mood. It's a great way to improve clarity in communication, limit unwanted interruptions, and streamline interactions within your team. You can set a custom text for your status, add an automatic duration (like 30 minutes, 1 hour, or until tomorrow), and better reflect your actual availability throughout the day.
Change your custom status
- From the main menu, click on your profile.
- Select “Status message.”
- Enter your text.
- Choose a display duration.
- Click “Confirm.”
Your status will then be displayed next to your profile and will be visible to other users.
When you set a duration for your custom status, it will automatically revert to its previous state ( available) once that time has expired.
Tips: You can also manually delete the status at any time by clicking on it and then on the “delete status” button.
