Salesforce CRM Connector - version 3.2.18

Main Fixes

  • Call Handling Issues Fixed: Hold/Retrieve functionality and active call option display now work correctly.
  • Screen Sharing Resolved: SFDC Rainbow connector screen sharing functions reliably.
  • Duplicate Contact Cards Resolved: Outgoing calls no longer trigger multiple contact cards to open in the browser.
  • Call Details Issue in Taskbar Fixed :  Caller details are display properly.
  • Call Logging Fixed: Calls are now accurately logged and associated with the correct Salesforce cases.
  • Note-Taking Stabilized: Call notes are preserved even if the call ends during entry.
  • Contact Creation Issue Resolved: Contact creation with custom fields now works correctly using a parameter that bypasses Salesforce validation where needed.
