Only the Owner can clean up the Bubbles.
The owner of the Bubble can keep the environment clean and organized by removing outdated or irrelevant content.
Instant Cleanup
At any time, you can clean up Messages and Files, Members (except organizers), Recordings or Polls.
Warning: The deletion will be irreversible.
- From the "
Bubble" space, open the Bubble to clean up.
- Open the bubble menu "
Other actions" in the right side of the top banner and select "Clean up bubble".
- In the "Instant cleanup" tab, select the items you want to delete by checking "Messages and files" to delete all messages and files, "Members" to delete members except organizers, "Recording" to delete all recordings and "Polls" to delete polls and votes.
- Click on the "Clean up" button. The list of items you would like to permanently delete is displayed for information.
- Confirm your choice by checking the option "I confirm the deletion".
- Press the "Start cleanup" button. During the process, a pop-up is displayed.

Enable Automatic Cleanup
Enable Automatic Cleanup allows to clean up Messages and Files, Members (except organizers) or Polls after each conference.
Warning: The deletion will be irreversible.
- From the "
- Open the bubble menu "
- In the "Automatic cleanup" tab, select the items you want to be automatically deleted after each conference, by checking "Messages and files" to delete all messages and files, "Members" to delete members except organizers and "Polls" to delete polls and votes.
- Click on the "Apply" button. The list of items you would like to permanently delete after each conference is displayed for information.
- Check the box "I confirm the deletion after each conference" to confirm the automatic deletion and click on the "Confirm" button. A popup is displayed to inform you about the activation of the automatic cleanup after each conference.
