Some PBX directories could not appear. A fix implements a workaround for unsupported received characters that blocked the update of the directory.
DND
Activating the DND by using prefix did not activate it in Rainbow. A wrong event was sent when activating the function.
Supervision
Supervising or intercepting other user was not always possible, the action button was inoperative. A bad id was treated by a backend component which then refused the pick-up operation.
Hybrid supervision could not authorize some Rainbow clients to pick up calls. A wrong event was sent, preventing the user to take the call..
custo.manifest
Second call answered in Rainbow client in parallel group didn't get the same format than the first active call. A workaround has been implemented to complete an inaccurate information from OXO
Pick-up
On the mobile application, the incoming call did not display the caller's number until the user picked up the call. The fix is related to third-party PBX only in which the connection event sequence was incorrect.
Missed calls
Call picked up on DECT was seen as missing in Rainbow. Any answering device that belongs to the user now logs correctly the call.
Search
Rainbow search could return unexpected results. After a name change, the information was not well updated.
Log off
When a user logged off, the work mobile number kept ringing . This has been fixed.
