Main fixes
- Ringback tone
Calls to a hunting group routed to a welcome center didn't get any ringtone.
Event sequence triggering the ringback tone has been reworked.
- White communication
Through specific trunk, the audio could not be established between users when call was sent to the DDI of a mobile Android.
The negotiation of call initialization has been reviewed.
- Call cut
Calls from specific trunks a welcome (closed hours) forwarded to an external public number (during closing hours) could be immediately released.
Setting up this type of call had to be reconfigured according to the trunk.
- Routing
Redirecting calls from a Welcome to another Welcome didn't work properly.
This has been fixed.
- Waiting queue
Call routed to a waiting queue could ring once and be released immediately after.
The users able to keep the call were seen as busy, which prevented it from being answered.
- Call destination
After transfer, the caller could be connected to a wrong destination.
This is fixed now.
- Music on hold
Several cases of MOH not played have been fixed.
We are working on remaining cases to definitely fix this kind of issues.
- Transfer
It happened that audio could not be established after a transfer to an AA.
It has been fixed for the Orange trunk.
