The problem of external outgoing calls not working when user presence is set to DND. Note that another backend fix is needed if the user has set the option "Ignore VoIP phone calls while your status is DND", therefore until this fix is available we recommend to inform the user to disable this option in case he can't make outgoing calls when in DND.
