The Collaboration in bubbles section in the analytics covers exchanges made over Rainbow between two or more users in a bubble, either with messages or with conferences.
These analytics are available
- In the Global dashboard.
- In the dedicated "Collaboration" tab for 1-year analytics.

Adoption score (Global DashBoard)
The Adoption score is an indicator of the adoption of the feature by your users. It is based on the frequency your users have been using the feature over the last 28 days.
The following user actions are considered:
- Sending a message in a bubble.
- Starting a web conference.
- Joining a web conference.
It is the average value of the adoption scores of the users: for example, a user active for 2 days or less over this period counts as 0% while a user active for more than 14 days counts as 100%.
Acceptable values will depend on the context of your company. For example in a company with many part-time employees, the score will be lower than a company where employees are using Rainbow on a daily basis. Thus, it is more relevant to follow the evolution of the score rather than an instant value: if the score is increasing, it means that Rainbow is more and more often used, while a decreasing score should be addressed by promoting Rainbow more towards your users.
One aggregated view and one per-day view are available:
The Gauge view shows you the evolution of the adoption score between the last day (so the most recent day) and the first day of the period.
The line view shows you the evolution per day over the selected period.
Active bubbles (Global DashBoard)
This metric keeps track of how many bubbles, owned by a user of the company, are active. A bubble is considered active on a given period if there was at least one message sent in that bubble on that period.
Note: Conferences are currently not taken into account.
One aggregated view and one per-day view are available:
The aggregated view is a bar chart representing the number of active bubbles for two periods: one 7-day period and one 28-day period.
The per-day view represents:
• Daily: number of active bubbles on that specific day. For example, the number of active bubbles on June 29.
• Weekly: number of active bubbles over a 7-day period. For example, the number of weekly active bubbles on June 29 would be the number of bubbles where at least one message was sent between June 23 and June 29.
• Monthly: number of active bubbles over a 28-day period. For example, the number of monthly active bubbles on June 29 would be the number of bubbles where at least one message was sent between June 23 and June 2.
Messages (Global DashBoard)
This metric keeps track of how many messages are sent in a bubble by users of the company.

Conferences (Global DashBoard)
This metric keeps track of the conferences started or joined by users of the company.

The aggregated view is split into two parts:
The top part shows the Conferences initiated by users of the company (in this example 9948) and indicates how many people participated and where they were from:
• Your company: 22741 participants were users from the same company
• Another company: 6233 participants were Rainbow users from another company
• Guests: 1119 participants did not join with a Rainbow account
The bottom part shows the Participations by your users, which is the number of times a user of the company joined a conference (in this case 23611) and the source of the joined conference:
• Inside your company: the conference joined belongs to a user of the same company.
• Outside your company: the conference joined belongs to a user of another company.
The Conferences initiated view
The bars show the number of Conferences initiated by users of the company per day.
The lines indicate how many people participated and where they were from:
• Internal participants: the participants were users from the same company
• External participants: the participants were Rainbow users from another company
• Guests: the participants did not join with a Rainbow account.
The Participations view
The line shows the number of Participations by your users per day, which is the number of times a user of the company joined a conference. The bars show the number of
