This article provides a comprehensive view of Rainbow’s analytics functionalities.
Analytics Access
- Open your administration Dashboard by clicking on the "
Manage your Company" space in the left menu.
- In the "MY COMPANY" panel, click on the
name of your company.
- In the left panel, select the "
Analytics" menu. The Global dashboard is displayed.
Global Dashboard
The Global Dashboard offers a configurable view of Rainbow usage during a defined period by company users.
Analysis Period
Choose the period to analyze usage trends effectively:
- Last 7 days.
- Last 28 days.
- This week (the current week).
- Last week (the passed week).
- This month (the current month).
- Last month (the passed month).
Available Sections
Choose sections to be displayed on the golbal dashboard:
- Open available sections window by selecting the settings icon
on the top right of the frame.
- Select the blocks and views you want to display on the global dashboard by checking them.
- Click on "Apply" button.
Note: Use the "Unselect all" or "Select all" button to unselect or select all blocks and views.
Always available:
- Users and Licenses ("Users" tab): users and licenses metrics available.
- Peer-to-Peer communications ("Peer-to-Peer" tab): exchanges made over Rainbow between two users, either with messages or with Rainbow calls.
- Bubble Collaboration ("Collaboration" tab): exchanges made over Rainbow between two or more users in a bubble, either with messages or with conferences.
- Quality ("Audio quality" tab): quality of your communication over Rainbow.
- Applications ("Appliactions" tab): devices which is used by users to access Rainbow features.
Available if Applicable:
- Phone Calls ("Phone calls" tab): phone calls made and received by Rainbow users over an OXO or OXE system (if the company owns at least one OXE or OXO):
- Rainbow Voice ("Voice" tab): phone calls made and received by Rainbow users over a Cloud PBX (if the company owns at least one Cloud PBX).
- Webinar ("Webinar" tab): if the company has at least one Webinar license).
Customizing the Display
Move a section
Drag and drop a section using this icon at the top left of the view. The other sections will automatically adjust based on where you move the section..- Section Size
By default, sections are minimized. They can be individually expanded for better visibility. Drag and drop the bottom right corner to define a new size. The other sections automatically adjust based on the selected size. The chosen size is saved for future visits. Hide/Restore a Section
Use the settings icon in the top-left corner of the dashboard to select the blocks and views you want to display or hide on the global dashboard by checking or unchecking them.
Graphical Views of Metrics
- Each section contains several metrics with visualization options:
Available Icons:
Help: Provides detailed explanations of the metric.
Aggregate View: Offers an overview of the selected period.
Daily View: Displays daily trends over the selected period. - Customization: You can choose the type of chart (pie, histogram, line, etc.) for each metric. Preferences are saved for future visits.
Reset initial configuration
You can return at the initial configuration at any time.
Warning: The arrangement of your sections will be lost.
- Open available sections window by selecting the settings icon
on the top right of the frame.
- Select the reset icon
to reset initial configuration.
Views and Charts
For each section in the global dashboard, you can select a daily or monthly view and the type of chart to display.
Select a view:
: daily view.
: Monthly view.
Note: Open the tab of a section for 1-year analytics view.
Depending on the view and data, differents charts is proposed :
: Bar chart.
: Donut chart.
: 2D line chart.
: 2D area chart.
: Mixed line and bar charts.
: Table with values.
Exporting Data
Each metric can be exported in CSV format via the daily view menu. The file will include daily data over the selected period.
- Select the Download icon
associated with the metric you want to export.
- Save the CSV file.
