This article allows to configure attendant consoles for a company associated to a Cloud PBX.
To use attendant consoles, company members must be granted a Voice Attendant license.
The default music-on-hold played to callers on hold, can be customized: see article: Customize voice prompts.
Warning: Company members, with attendant license, cannot use anymore:
- Rainbow application on mobile
- Telephone device, if configured: the telephone device association is deleted after enabling attendant console
To assign an attendant license to company members:
- From the Rainbow application, click on Manage your company
in the left panel.
- In the MY COMPANY panel, click on the name of your company.
- In the left panel, click on Members.
- In the right part of the window, select the target company member, then the Services tab.
- Select the Voice Attendant Custom license.
- Click on Apply.
