A Business Partner is a company that manages subscriptions and services on behalf of End Customer companies.
To become a Business Partner, your company must establish a partnership with a Rainbow distributor. This partnership enables you to subscribe to licenses for customer companies, register voice equipment, and provide various telephony features to members of those customer companies.
In addition to the roles available as an End Customer (a Business Partner is considered an End Customer for its own company), a member of a Business Partner company can have the following roles:
- Rainbow Finance: you can place an order with ALE to purchase Rainbow Premium subscriptions and retrieve invoices.
- Rainbow Operation: you provision the End Customers linked to the Business Partner and allocate the available licenses to the end users.
- Rainbow Customer analytics: you can consult analytical data for all customer companies.
