An End Customer uses Rainbow's communication and collaboration services for its operations. These organizations subscribe to various service plans, such as Essential, Business, or Enterprise, through a Business Partner to enhance their internal and external communications. End Customers manage their own company's subscriptions and user licenses, ensuring that their employees have access to the necessary tools provided by Rainbow.
As an End Customer, you have access to certain features depending on your Rainbow role:
- Rainbow Administration: Manage the system, manage members, and allocate available licenses to members of the company. An administrator can update a subscription if the Business Partner with the Finance role has delegated the right to update subscriptions.
- Rainbow Analytics: You can consult analytical data for your company.
