What is a subscription
Rainbow service plans offer a range of communication and collaboration services tailored to the diverse needs of businesses. They include features such as instant messaging, audio and video calls, video conferencing, file sharing, and integration with existing telephony systems. These service plans are available in several tiers, ranging from the free "Essential" plan to more advanced options like "Business" and "Enterprise," allowing companies to choose the plan that best suits their operational and budgetary requirements.
A subscription allows you to subscribe to a service plan, specifying a certain number of licenses and a billing mode, such as monthly or prepaid for 1, 3, or 5 years, along with renewal options, to manage
exact number of licenses required for your company over a given period. You can have multiple subscriptions under the same service plan.
Depending on your subscription, you can add one or more available options.
Note: For more information about Rainbow service plans or options, consult the Features list.
