Main fixes
- Visual Automated Attendant
User unable to take any action after receiving an internal call transferred from VAA, when an external call was properly presented. The transfer event was wrongly treated in web app.
- Forward
Some forward cases didn't work correctly in multi-company OXE.
Missing information in the request has been added to allow an internal forward.
- Presence
Unless "Invisible" presence state was not allowed in user's permissions, they could switch back to "Invisible" during a Rainbow call and remain in this state.
This is now fixed.
- Cloud Telephony - Mutliline+
It was not possible to launch a third call from the Rainbow search bar in some cases.
The restriction have been removed.
- Cloud Telephony - Ghost Calls
There was no sound in a picked up group call, the user had to take a second call presented in parallel but put in hold and hang up the first one.
Call context management was not correct for numerous simultaneous calls. It has been fixed.
- Cloud Telephony - Busy state
User could be seen as busy whereas this was not the case.
It has been fixed together with the ghost call.
