Add or remove participants, share link
A web conference starts from a bubble. All members of this bubble can join the web conference. Please consult the following article to learn how to add or remove members and share the web conference link : Add or remove members in a bubble.
Note: The conference service supports up to 120 participants. Access to the conference will be denied to the other participants once this limit is reached.
Mute on Entry
Mute Participants upon Entry
Owner of a bubble can mute automatically participants when they join the web conference. Participants will have the ability to unmute themselves once connected to the web conference. This parameter is set before you start the web conference and can be changed during the meeting. It is especially useful in large web conferences (e.g. presentations) where multiple participants joining can be disruptive to the flow of the web conference.
- Open the contextual menu by selecting " Other actions" on the top bar of the bubble.
- Click on " Bubble parameters".
- In the "General" tab, check the box "Automatically mute participants when they join the conference".
- Click on "Apply” button.
Activate or Deactivate Tone on Entry
By default, every time a participant joins the web conference, a tone is heard by all participants. It may be useful to disable this option when the web conference is expected to have a large number of attendees.
- Open the contextual menu by selecting " Other actions" on the top bar of the bubble.
- Click on " Bubble parameters".
- In the "General" tab, check or uncheck the box "Play an entry tone when participants join the conference".
- Click on "Apply” button.
