Are you invited to a web conference?
As a Rainbow user or a Guest, you can join the web conference with or without Audio.
Note: You can attend a web conference as a guest without having a Rainbow account. Your invitation contains a link to join the web conference. To join the Web Conference as a Guest, please consult the article: Join a Bubble.
Join a Web Conference
As a Rainbow user, you can join the web conference with audio (default) or without audio.
- A notification will appear when the web conference starts.
- Click on the “
Join” button.
Note: You can also decline the web conference by clicking on the "Decline" button.
Tips: You can join the web conference without audio, for example, when the audio is broadcasted through an external speaker in a meeting room:
- open options by selecting the “ drop-down menu” next to the “
Join” button,
- select “ Join without audio”.
