Do you want to collect feedback from your bubble audience more easily and efficiently?
Bubble owners and organizers can create and publish polls in their bubbles and access detailed results.
Note: The creator is able to edit and suppress a poll in addition to other actions, while the other organizers are able to publish, clone, and see detailed results only.
Create a Poll
You can create anonymous or non-anonymous polls with up to 20 questions per poll. You can choose between single or multiple-answer types of questions, with a maximum of 20 answers per question.
You can also set the duration from the moment the poll is published until it ends.
Additionally, you can allow a vote to be modified by its author.
- From the "
Bubble" space, open the Bubble for which you want to create a poll.
- Select the "
Attach document" icon to the right of the text input area and select "
Create a poll".
- By default, the poll is not anonymous. Enable the "Anonymous poll" option to hide the identities of attendees who respond to the questionnaire.
- Define the first Question.
These are specific questions posed to participants to collect their responses or opinions. A question can be defined as having single answer (the participant can choose only one answer) or multiple Answers (the participant can choose multiple answers for one question). In case of multiple answers, enable the option "Multiple answers". - Define Answers (at least two answers). Select "
Add new answer" button to add an answer. Starting from three answers, you can delete an answer by selecting "
". Use
or "
Move down" arrow or "
Move up" arrow to change the order of answers.
- Add a new question by selecting "Add a question" button to define a new question with answers as described above. Select "
Remove" to delete the question. Use
- When you are ready, select the "Next" button.
- Enter Poll name.
The poll name describes the topic or purpose of the poll, helping participants understand its subject matter. - Set the poll Duration, during which an attendee can respond to the poll.
- Select the "Create" button to create the poll. The poll you created will appear in the "
- Open the bubble.
- Tap "
Settings" and then "
- Tap "
Create a poll".
- Enter your question and options. Tap "Add an option" to add more answers.
- Check "
Allow Multiple options" if you want to allow multiple responses.
- To add a second question, tap "
Remove”.
- When you are ready, tap "Next
".
- Enter the "Poll name" and select "Duration".
- Check "Make this poll anonymous" if you want the poll to be anonymous.
- Click "
Create a poll".
Note: If a poll already exists, you can select the " Create a poll" button in the "
Poll" tab in the Bubble Conversation information area to create a new poll.
Note: You can create a poll from an existing one by cloning it. Select " Clone" in the "
More action" menu of the poll.
Note: You can modify a poll as long as it has not been published. Select " Edit" in the "
More action" menu of the poll.

Publish a Poll
When a poll is published, members receive a notification and the " Poll" tab appears in the Bubble Conversation information area.
- From the "
- Open the "
- Click on "Publish" in the poll. The Poll will appear in the "POLLS IN PROGRESS" section. Bubble members will receive a notification and the Poll tab will appear, allowing them to vote.
- Open the bubble
- Tap "
- Open the Unpublished Poll page and tap "Publish".
- Bubble members will receive a notification and the Poll icon will appear, allowing them to vote.
Warning: Once published, the poll cannot be edited or deleted directly.
Note: You can unpublish a poll. Select " Unpublish" in the "
More action" menu of the poll.
Warning: When you unpublish a poll, you lose the results you have obtained.
Finish a poll
The duration for which the vote remains open is defined when creating the poll. However, an organizer can end the poll at any time.
- From the "
- Open the "
- Open the "
More action" menu of the published poll and click "
Finish". The poll will then be moved to "PAST POLLS".
Note: You can see the results by selecting the "Show results" button. For non-anonymous polls, only organizers can check the " Detailled results" checkbox to see the details of who answered and which answers they gave.

Note: Results cannot be viewed in detail from mobile devices.
Export the Results
The finished poll results can be exported as a CSV file.

Delete a Poll
You can delete the poll you've created before it is published or after it is ended.
