Create Polls in Bubble

Do you want to collect feedback from your bubble audience more easily and efficiently?
Bubble owners and organizers can create and publish polls in their bubbles and access detailed results.

Note: The creator is able to edit and suppress a poll in addition to other actions, while the other organizers are able to publish, clone, and see detailed results only.

Creare a Poll

You can create anonymous or non-anonymous polls with up to 20 questions per poll. You can choose between single or multiple-answer types of questions, with a maximum of 20 answers per question.

You can also determine the duration from the time the poll is published until the poll closes.

1. Click on " Attach document" and select " Create a poll".
2. Enter your question.　Check " Multiple answers" if you want to allow multiple responses.
3. Enter your answers.  Click "Add new answer" to add more answers. You can change the order by clicking　" Move up" and " Move down" or by dragging the "" indicator. 
4. To add a second question, click "Add a question". To remove a question, click " Remove”.
5. When you are ready, click "Next".
6. Enter the "Poll name" and select "Duration".
7. Check "Make this poll anonymous" if you want the poll to be anonymous.
8. Click "Create". The poll you created will appear in the "Poll" tab.

Tips: You can clone and edit other polls.

Edit a Poll

You can edit the poll you created before it is published.

1. Open the "  Poll" tab.
2. Open the " More action" of the poll and click "Edit".

Delete the Poll

You can delete the poll you created before it is published.

1. Open the "  Poll" tab.
2. Open the " More action" of the poll and click " Delete".

Publish a Poll

When a poll is published, members receive a notification and a "Poll" tab appears in the right bar of the bubble space.

1. Open the "  Poll" tab.
2. Click on "Publish" in the poll. Bubble members will receive a notification and the Poll tab will appear, allowing them to vote.

Warning: Once published, the poll cannot be edited or deleted directly.

Unpublish a Poll

1. Open the "  Poll" tab.
2. Open the " More action" of the published poll and click " Unpublish".

Warning: When you unpublish a poll, you lose the results you have obtained.

Finish Poll and View Detailed Results

Once a poll is closed, it will appear in the "PAST POLLS" section. For non-anonymous polls, bubble owners and organizers can see detailed results of who selected which responses.

1. Open the "  Poll" tab.
2. Open the " More action" section of the published poll and click " Finish". The poll will then be moved to "PAST POLLS".
3. You can see the results in the "Show results".
4. For non-anonymous polls, you can check the " Detailled results" checkbox to see the details of who answered and which answers they gave.

Note: Anonymous voting does not allow you to see detailed information about respondents.

Export the Results

The finished poll results can be exported as a CSV file.

1. Open the "  Poll" tab.
2. Open the " More action" of the poll in the "PAST POLLS" section.
3. Click on " Export as CSV".

Delete Past Poll

1. Open the "  Poll" tab.
2. Open the " More action" of the poll in the "PAST POLLS" section.
3. Click on " Delete".
