Personal routines allow you to define triggers to filter notifications and phone calls and more possibilities. For example, you can set the system to forward incoming calls to a specific colleague while it is set to Do not disturb.
Manage Personal Routines
- Click on "Personal routines." The icon represents your current personal routine status.
- Click on " Configure".
- Select one status. By default, they are " At work", " On break", " Out of office", " Do not disturb".
- Set up the actions in the personal routine status. Click on "Add" of the action you want to add in "OTHER AVAILABLE ACTIONS".
- The action will be added to "ACTIONS IN THIS ROUTINE" and you can set the details.
- Click on " Personal routines."
- Tap " Edit" on the status you want to edit.
- You can configure the "Presence" display, "Status message", etc. during the status.

Note: For example, if you add the action "Unconditional Call Forwarding" with the status " Out of Office" and click on "Internal Destination" and select a colleague, the call will be forwarded to that colleague while you set the " Out of Office" status.

Custom Personal Routines
- Click on "Personal routines". The icon represents your current personal routine status.

- Click on "Add a new routine". Enter a ”Routine name”.

Delete a Customized Routine
- Make sure the customized routine is not activated.
- Click " Configure".
- Select the customized routine and click "Delete".
- Click on " Personal routines."
- Click on " Add a new routine". Enter a ”Routine name”.
- You can configure the "Presence" display, "Status message", etc. during the status.
Delete a Customized Routine
