Registration page
It is important to properly prepare the webinar registration page to make it as attractive as possible.
The registration page displays :
- The title.
- The date and time.
- The description of the webinar (if provided).
- The logo and the image defined in the 'Customize' tab.
- The headlined speakers.
You can display the registration page bu opening all details of the webinar from the " Webinars" tab.
- Select the " Webinars" tab.
- Select the relevant webinar. Information about the webinar is displayed at the right of the window.
- Open the registration page by selection "See all details".
- Close window when finished.

Email presentation
You can send an invitation via email from the "Attendees" tab within the webinar creation or editing window.
Note: From the creation window, you can directly enter an email to invite the person. Learn more.
Note: From the editing window, you can invite a list of attendees via a CSV file. Learn more.
The invitation email received by the recipient showcases your webinar (title, summary, speakers) and offers the option to join the webinar (essentially, accepting the invitation).
When your invitee clicks on the "Join Webinar" button, they will access the registration window.
