Introduction
There are three roles in the webinar. The Host, who is also a speaker, possesses full managerial rights over the webinar. Speakers are responsible for delivering presentations, speeches, or content to the audience and can send invitations. Lastly, attendees follow the presentation. A speaker can temporarily grant them speaker rights.
Host's Roles
- Create and modify Webinar.
- Consulte general information about the Webinar.
- Invite attendee by email (copy the link into an email) or via Social Networks.
- Validate the attendee's subscription.
- Define speakers displayed on the registration home page of the webinar (headline).
- Promote a speaker to host.
- Demote to speaker role a speaker with host role.
- Manage attendees.
- Define chat options.
- Customize the webinar.
- Create and Manage Polls.
- Activate/deactivate recording.
- Start pratice run.
- Publish the Webinar.
- Start the Webinar broadcast.
- Allows a guest to take the podium and share his screen or a file.

Attendee's Roles
The attendee gains access to the webinar upon approval of their registration, either automatically or manually by the Host. During the webinar, the speaker (both the Host and designated speakers) has the authority to grant them speaking and sharing privileges.
