Initiate the Webinar Practice
At any time before the scheduled date and time of the webinar, a speaker can initiate a practice session to fine-tune the last details with other speakers or simply to prepare the stage just before the broadcasting. During the training session, you will have access to all the webinar's features.
Note: You don't need to publish the webinar to initiate a training session.
- Select the "
Webinars" tab.
- Click the "Start rehearsal" button of the relevant webinar.
- "PRACTICE" is displayed at the top left of the stage below the title of the webinar. The remaining time before the live start of the webinar is also displayed below the title.
- Click the "
Leave this webinar" button leave the webinar practice.
Note: As long as the training session is active, meaning at least one speaker is connected, you can join the training session at any time by clicking on "Join rehearsal" or on the active webinar in the WEBINARS section.

Receive an Invitation as Speaker
When a speaker initiates the webinar practice, as a speaker, you are invited to participate to rehearsal.
- A pop-up is displayed.
- You can join the webinar ("Accept" button) or decline the invitation ("Decline" button).
- If you accept to join the webinar, "PRACTICE" is displayed at the top left of the stage below the title of the webinar. The remaining time before the live start of the webinar is also displayed below the title.
If you have declined the invitation, or if you have leave the training session, you can join the ongoing webinar at any time, until the session is over, by using one of the follwing :
- Select the active webinar in the WEBINARS area at the left of the window.
- Select the "
Click the 'Join rehearsal' button as long as the webinar is active, or in other words, as long as there is at least one connected speaker.

End the Practice Session
Click the " Leave this webinar" button leave the webinar.
If you are the last connected speaker, the webinar practive session is ended.
